Limited Warranty
Effective on products purchased on or after 3/1/19
Stegas, Inc warrants that its ACRYTECH™ products conform to product specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship and will not fail due to defects for a period of two years. Stegas, Inc.’s liability is limited to the replacement value of the product only, and only to the quantity necessary to perform repairs. Stegas, Inc. does not make, nor does it authorize any agent or representative to make any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR fitness for any purpose or any other warranty, guaranty or representation, expressed or implied.
This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage resulting from improper preparation or application, structural (substrate) changes or defects, previously applied products, weather conditions, failure to follow installation instructions and standard industry practices, or other variables affecting results which are beyond our control. This is your sole remedy under this warranty.
Limited Warranty excludes abuse of ACRYTECH products in any way, including but not limited to non-pedestrian traffic, burns, exposure to corrosive chemicals, sharp or abrasive objects, excessive weights, roots and planters set directly on surface long term, or constant submersion. Limited Warranty is void if ACRYTECH products are covered with any product other than ACRYTECH or non-ACRYTECH products are used during installation, unless written approval is provided by Stegas, Inc. prior to application.
LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL LABOR OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY PRODUCTS, SHIPPING COSTS, PROSPECTIVE PROFITS, and ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from State to State. To submit a warranty claim, contact Stegas, Inc. for a Warranty Claim Form.
