AcryCushion is a proprietary mixture of 100% acrylic latex, mineral fillers, and finely graded EPDM and SBR rubber particles that, when applied in multiple layers, results in a resilient but firm championship surface for use on tennis courts and other recreational surfaces.
AcryCushion provides a cushion surface depth of approximately 4mm and will benefit the player whose ankles, knees, and back become tired and sore after multiple sets of tennis.
The top coat of the system. This proprietary formulation uses only the highest quality pigments, UV Stabilizers and resins, creating a long lasting and durable fade resistant finish.
The final part of the ACRYTECH system, this bright white 100% acrylic textured heavy duty paint provides a slip and stain resistant finish. ACRYTECH Line Primer is available for even sharper lines.
The final and thinnest cushion layers consisting of a mix of 0-0.5mm SBR rubber granules for smoothing the Big Cushion.

The “primer” of the system fills small voids and hides patchwork, old paint and other imperfections in preparation for the Colorguard.
The AcryCushion System has been pace tested and, when topped with ACRYTECH™ Colorguard, is rated at an ITF court pace of Medium 3.
